Dr. Wadden received his M.D. in 1991 from Dalhousie University Medical School. He began hair transplantation in 1996, and to date he has completed over 1600 transplants. Hair restoration entails medical knowledge, attention to detail, and a true artistic flair. Dr. Wadden acquired all these skills during his participation in the World Association of Hair Restorative Surgeons workshops in association with the American Academy of Aesthetic Hair Restorative Surgery and with the International Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. In March of 2009, Dr. Wadden achieved “Diplomat” status with the American Board of Hair Restoration Surgery (ABHRS), and is a member or the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS)… an honour attained to very few in our industry. Recognized by his peers and respected by his clients, it is a privilege to have Dr. Wadden on our team.
 

Dr. Landells received his M.D. in 1988, and worked as a general practitioner before specializing in dermatology at the University of British Columbia. It was there that he worked regularly in the Hair clinic under the guidance of internationally acclaimed hair expert, Dr. Jerry Shapiro. Dr. Landells has practiced dermatology in St. John's since 1996 and is a past president of the Atlantic Provinces Dermatology Association. He is the current President-Elect of the Canadian Dermatology Association, and also sits on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Hair Research Foundation. Dr. Landells advises our institution on hair-related medical issues.
 

Barry entered the hair replacement industry 16 years ago in St. John's, NL, while meeting a demand for effective hair restoration resources for people of the province. Barry has since acquired significant knowledge and experience through intensive research, industry conference participation and the association with some of Canada's most gifted hair transplant physicians and dermatologists. Barry is considered a pioneer of medical and non-medical hair restoration in St. John's, with Renaissance being the first and only full service hair restoration clinic in Newfoundland and Labrador. Barry's ambition is to introduce clients to the best hair replacement solutions available in a compassionate, dignified and respectful manner.      

Sharon hails from Brigus NL and started her career with Renaissance in 2002. Prior to this, she honed her craft working with a well known hair restoration clinic in Regina Saskatchewan for 10 years. Our clients appreciate Sharon’s attention to detail, her friendly manner and her outstanding work ethic.

Donna developed her exceptional technical skills working for hair transplant clinics in Halifax and Toronto. She provides Renaissance Clients with over 15 years experience, as well as a warm and caring demeanour. Donna keeps current with the latest developments in all aspects of the hair restoration industry.

Tanya grew up in the hair replacement industry in Nova Scotia. She possesses over 17 years experience as a medical hair restoration technician. Tanya is best characterized by her creatively, her incredible work ethic and wonderful sense of humor. Tanya faithfully participates in industry workshops and tutorials.
